Salem Heights Neighborhood Meeting: Tuesday June 22 at 6:00 PM

This summer POAH, owner of Salem Heights, will begin an 18-month rehabilitation to the interior and exterior of the buildings, including systems upgrades. While the work is restricted to the Salem Heights property, neighbors will be aware of more activity in the area, including construction vehicles and noise related to the work.

Join me at a Ward 3 Meeting on Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 6:00 PM for a presentation of the project details by the POAH management team. They will discuss the extent of the construction, the schedule and logistics, and the impact on the neighborhood.

The meeting will be held over Zoom, and will be recorded for later viewing.
